At this point, women and children in India are being raped and killed with such horrifying frequency that another case appears before people have even processed the last one.

Nothing is worse than trying to get out of bed, struggling to do basic things like eating or taking showers, isolating yourself from your favorite things, and losing interest in the things you once loved to do. You go completely silent, and nothing helps distract you from reality. Then comes your worst nightmare being left alone with yourself.

When Afghan women finally get a voice, they shouldn’t ask for equality , they should take revenge

Some words are hard to speak, even to my own self

I'm just a helpless person..i can't even protect my own self.. i tried but failed miserably.. it's hard to do this. somethings doesn't leave you even if you want to leave it still holds you back just to make you feel more regret of not leaving earlier. my heart just cant do that
