A trend I'm noticing is that many men have very few friends in real life.
They're almost all online.
One way to combat this is to deepen your shallow friendships.
My recommendation: Build a home gym and invite acquaintances you'd like to become true friends, over to train.
I generally don't want to go get lunch or coffee with people. It's just another thing to add on. I think most others are the same.
But, I'm going to lift, and some of my best friends are those that I've struggled in the trenches with.
Those I've yelled, "Up! Up! You've got it!" too many times at.
So, invite a buddy over, crank the tunes, get under the bar, and gain both strength and a brother.
