@FrontierCare your agents or bot deemed a bent internal bar to my suitcase to be normal wear and tear? Can you please help out?

@FlyFrontier can you have real staff review my damaged bag and not an AI bot? How can you say a bent internal bar is normal wear and tear? Can’t even remove the handle bar anymore?

@LEVIS quality control might want to look at this. I thought I was going crazy when one shoulder looked shorter on this vest. Turns out if you produce something 1 cm short, it is visibly noticeable.
