Marco Sturm and others did not shy away from changes to improve personnel this summer. He referenced it as currently rostered Bruins players that had a hard time playing within the team systems. Definitely sounds like the roster is going to turn over to some degree this summer

I’m not hear to defend McAvoy because yeah I knew he was gonna get a hearing cause that was dirty but

Zadorov unpromptedly complimented the job Marco Sturm did this season:
"Marco brought a different philosophy to us, what he believed in, and we all bought into it...
"He had a phenomenonal year as the head coach, first year. I we really bought in, we just didn't do it enough at home I guess."

I truly don’t understand why people aren’t also equally appalled at Benson’s slewfoot.
Yes, the stick slash is way more dangerous and far more violent and cannot happen. He will be suspended likely for 3-5 games.
Benson slew-footed him up 4-1 in the final 2 minutes of a series-ending win, on a clear icing after Benson lost the race.
McAvoy is 100% wrong for the slash, put blatantly ignoring context seems foolish to me.

there are the obvious Pastrnak & McAvoy's on this roster...but the only reason Boston made the playoffs was due to the 2nd line and Swayman being awesome. only problem is one of them didn't show up in this series, and it wasn't Swayman.
