@DRHorton - I have a baby with an ear infection, 27 weeks pregnant with baby #3, it's been at its hottest today with higher temps predicted this week, and guess what? My HVAC still isn't working correctly. I called outside help the first two times because of urgency... HELP NOW?

@DRHorton - Worst customer service and home warranty experience ever. After only having been in my home two years, we have already paid $3,000+ in repairs to what was supposed to be a "new" HVAC system. Can't even return a phone call, voicemail, or email to their homeowners.
