78 year-old woman. This lesion is located in the bulbar duodenum -anterior wall. What is optical diagnosis? Would you remove it?

@kikarrion @drgauravpatil Upper left is after resection of upper right? Lesion on the lower image cluld be NET? EFTR here is a viable resection option. Did you performed biopsies and any staging modalities.

@kikarrion @drgauravpatil Yes, EUS was performed. Biopsies were positive for NET. PET CT did not show distant metastases. MDT suggested endoscopic resection.

@GavricAle @drgauravpatil Did you took biopsies first? Or EUS? Because I've seen polyps like that and path reports "hyperplastic" 😥

@drgauravpatil You are correct. Staging was negative for metastasis. Removed with EFTR (preferable over ESD for this indication and anatomical location). Path: G2, Ki67 4%, R0.
