@virginmedia Nothing is wrong in the area it’s just our wifi box which was meant to have been fixed by the technician on Thursday… not even 48 hours later we loose all wifi and tv and have to wait for another technician.

@virginmedia So far it’s been 38 hours of no tv and wifi… nothing you can do till a technician comes. Absolutely awful service I will be glad to leave virgin in November once our contract ends. The service and customer service is appalling.
