The fact that the blogger can post this after helping derail the future that was laid out for Colin Albert is telling. His university years, his place on the football team, his relationships with childhood and family friends… all of it was impacted. Why was Kelsey Fitzsimmons’ front door of her house already “blown off the hinges” before Justin Aylaian later broke in, as captured on surveillance footage? Why has the North Andover Police Department still failed to charge Justin Aylaian for the many crimes he committed the day he broke into Kelsey’s house? NAPD is apparently sending a message that it’s okay to break into anyone—let alone a North Andover Police Officer’s—home. Their failure to charge Aylaian is corruption. And frankly, if they won’t charge someone for breaking into one of their own Police Officer’s home’s, what hope is there for the rest of us mere citizens when someone breaks into our homes? @JusticeServedTV @KenneyBaden @TheLegalEdge @BigWi111977

Justin Aylaian was so worried about his sons safety with Kelsey Fitzsimmons that he left her with him all day on June 30, stood her up to meet her with the baby at the park, and then ignored her the rest of the day while he hung out with his friends and other chicks. Then at 4:30 when he was done chilling and found some gas money he headed over to the courthouse to get a restraining order because he was so scared for himself and the baby.

Do you know right down the street from the Boch Ice Arena, where i play hockey with some whom also happen to be law enforcement,there’s a hotel there. Yeah. That one. The Dedham Hilton. weird coincidence that this is the same location that the jurors were bussed to daily, during two trials. Which makes this whole 400 people at the Worcester Regency Hotel & Conference Center” story even better. Because now I’m hearing privately that the event wasn’t in Worcester at all… it was at the Dedham hotel the whole time. And anyone who’s ever been inside that place knows yes, they have a ballroom… but they also have a bunch of smaller banquet rooms that look exactly like the one in that photo. You know… the one with about two dozen people standing around, not exactly shoulder-to-shoulder in a 400-person convention hall. So once again, the story started as Huge crowd Big venue Worcester Hundreds of supporters And somehow it turns into Small room Dedham Hilton Local function space And a number that keeps shrinking every time someone looks a little closer. next time you pick a location, maybe don’t choose one that people from around here actually know.

@defense_diaries It was horrible. Those strange pictures of statues, Monopoly, and paintings. No evidence to display, and the yelling. She did it wrong if she wanted to prove or show anything.

Defense closing was effective in pointing out the lack of evidence in the case. Was it enough?

The funniest part to me is the insane allegations that he takes cash out to go to the dispensary to "avoid a financial trail". If its true that he goes to the dispensary....its legal here in Massachusetts. Secondly, all dispensaries are cashless ATM/cash only, because of federal laws. Third, to buy from a dispensary you literally have to scan your ID, and it is tracked, because there is a daily limit to how much weed you can buy. I've never heard of weed causing anyone to freak out and pull a gun on a cop, though. But ok. Kelsey Fitzsimmons hasn't had a good track record of telling the truth so far.
