But the real kicker is when @Chime denies your claim and won’t refund you the money, and expects you to prove you didn’t make the purchase. Maybe if they had canceled the card in the first place, hours before the fraudulent charge, we wouldn’t be here. 🤷🏽‍♀️

WARNING WHEN BANKING WITH @Chime It sucks to have your phone stolen, even more so when it’s with your DL and debit card. And then somehow you manage to call to cancel the card only to find out that they never canceled it so the thief was able to charge over $200.

@PlanetFitnessCA So at this point, I am very frustrated and all I want to do is sign up at a gym with amazing customer service.

@PlanetFitnessCA So the other day I went onto your website, clicked the map to choose a location, then I proceeded to sign up for a membership. I got changed and ready to sweat then headed over to the Mid City location that I am familiar with. 🖤

@PlanetFitnessCA “I have finally come to a solution.” Except, nope, that was not the answer. Because apparently you have to have your membership for 90 days before you can transfer to another club.

@PlanetFitnessCA I have done all that I could do in my power to fix this but truly avoiding your valued customers is not the way to fix our issues. I even went on your website and found out that I could transfer my membership to another club! I thought “thank God, finally.”

@PlanetFitnessCA get a new membership at what I thought was the only (open) Mid City location, which is true. And I got a generic response, telling me how to cancel my membership which is not a solution for my specific situation.

@PlanetFitnessCA which can only help with changing your payment option and they do not provide help with canceling a membership. All the woman could do was give me a magical email to a pretend person who works at this so-called call “now opening Mid City” location.

@PlanetFitnessCA With the worst customer service you can find, I have done everything in MY power to undo this error of having the option to choose a club that isn’t open because I thought I was choosing the ONLY option for my area in Mid City.

@PlanetFitnessCA intended to choose this new Washington Mid City as my club before it opens, why wouldn’t I just choose the original Mid City location that is 1.3 miles down the road and that is currently open if I wanted to work out that same day? Because that’s not the case.

@PlanetFitnessCA and as far as I am aware, there is only one Mid City PF. So then I proceed to call the location on Washington Blvd, and the woman told me that she was the DTLA location. Then the woman told me that I must have mistaken DTLA Washington with the Mid City Washington location
