Early this week, 2 sisters (6 & 3) died in Zuru General Hospital, Kebbi, Nigeria, after a fatal medication error. The doctor exonerated due to proper documentation while the 2 nurses on duty remain in police custody. Nurses, you are not robots. Always challenge any unclear order or medication that doesn't seem right before administering. Patient safety first.
