Not sure I totally agree with that fella, although some of the signings have seemed a bit random. Last season it was Marmoush, Reis, Kushers and Nico G - only one is a regular starter. This season it was RAN, Cherki, Reijnders and we added Semenyo and Guehi in January. Only Semenyo, Guehi and Cherki are regular starters. Four out of nine or less than 50% can be classed as relative successes. The recruitment this summer must be far better.

Factually wrong. Sir Alex won 13 titles in 21 seasons. 1.61 season per title. Pep has won 6 in 10 which is 1.66 seasons per title. Also, Sir Alex won 7 in his first 10 in PL. Plus, Sir Alex tranformed a fallen giant wheras Pep took over a winning City side.
