@TheHaalandguy @PhilFoden I love Phil, saw him be the best player on the pitch preseason v United in 2017 at 16. But he’s been off and he’s never performed for 3 lions like City. Tuchel will rise or fall on this selection. But Phil wouldn’t have made it if Southgate was still there.

The most decorated Manchester City Academy graduate is being humiliated by the England manager and their board. He has 18 trophies in total with Manchester City. If he retires today, he will go down as a Manchester City legend.

@bootsy118 @TimesSport @JNorthcroft Here in the USA, my NASCAR driver Kyle Busch died today…41 and won a race last weekend. Full ego, no apologies…hated by 90 % and loved by 10%. England could use a Kyle Busch.

@aedwards0528051 @jmarshfof I am 51, 4 kids..been in love and out of it a few time in life. But never sensed the moment when I fell in love. With KB it was that lap at Richmond. Like he put on the Darth Vader helmet and fully embraced the dark side!

@jmarshfof @kingattorney KB dumping Dale Jr at Richmond was literally the most villian move of all time. Like literally. KB needed security.

@TimesSport @JNorthcroft No-one has a bigger ego than Bellingham and he's going. Or is Tuchel afraid that Bellingham's old man may pay a visit to the changing rooms to demand to know why he isn't starting. As was the case in Dortmund? (allegedly).

Leaks suggest Phil Foden has been LEFT OUT of England’s 26 man World Cup squad, as well as Cole Palmer and Morgan Gibbs-White. ❌

I’m from NC, been to probably 50 NASCAR races (none in last 10 years) and supported Kyle Busch since he left Hendrick and put Jr. in the wall at Richmond. Absolutely gutted. RIP #18.

Not sure I totally agree with that fella, although some of the signings have seemed a bit random. Last season it was Marmoush, Reis, Kushers and Nico G - only one is a regular starter. This season it was RAN, Cherki, Reijnders and we added Semenyo and Guehi in January. Only Semenyo, Guehi and Cherki are regular starters. Four out of nine or less than 50% can be classed as relative successes. The recruitment this summer must be far better.

I've not liked one single signing City made since 2023. Not a single one. All of them are bang average players. That's why City have fallen behind Arsenal

@manuarjun Why do United internet supporters think that Ron Atkinson was shit? They were a top 4 club most of his tenure and won the 83 and 85 FA Cups. It wasn’t like United went 35 years without a trophy…

@ikakujor @Realisiah1 And yet Moyes is still coaching in the EPL and won a European trophy three years ago. United quality…probably not, but he’s no mug. What about LVG and Mourinho?

@Treborf67 @Piquelme21 He would NEVER go to Madrid, but you are correct that America is “small”. I could see him coaching Spurs in the Championship before I could see him coaching Madrid. Hell, if he won with Spurs that would be an amazing feat.
