@IrishRail so for those of us forced to stand all the way from Galway to Heuston, due to 2 carriages (upon which we had seats booked) being missing, are we entitled to refunds?

Guys if you are struggling to get Alex warren tickets, go to his site, go to the tour date you want, click vip then it will bring you to all the available tickets on ticketmaster, pick where you want and use the code 'Therapy' worked for me

Anyone else get no link or code for @alexwaarren and no option on ticketmaster to even click into the tickets 😭

@IrishRail trains running late consistently on the 10.25pm Galway to Athlone, yesterday we didn't get to board until 11.05 with not even an apology, today we got on a few mins late but been stopped in Oranmore almost 40minutes no sign of moving and no explanation for the delay

@monaghanroad @IrishRail Ya I will, yup just plastic with my name photo and some numbers. I did download the leap card app and when I scanned it with that it showed it was a monthly ticket between Athenry and Galway. So assume it is all good. Thanks for helping

@kingchip101 @IrishRail Should, I think, have Galway to Athenry printed on it somewhere, possibly small print. Should also have the journey encoded on the card. Ask an Irish Rail ticket checker to read it and confirm. Is it plastic ?

@IrishRail I got a taxsaver leap card through work for my train commute from Athenry to Galway with my picture on it. Do I have to do anything with this card now that I got it or is the card just my ticket for November now? The card doesn't say my journey or anything. Help plz.

@TFIupdates @IrishRail Thank you for the swift response, only issue is there is no tap place that I am aware of in either Athenry or Galway Station (the stations I will be using)

@kingchip101 @IrishRail Hi, you just need to tap on when boarding the bus with your leap card and tap on and tap off when using a train. That's it, if you have any more questions, you can contact leap customer care at 0818 824 824 and they will be able to resolve your queries regarding that. Thanks TFI
