Wir werden einen Trainer brauchen, auch wenn es nur für zwei Jahre ist, der einen Neuaufbau des Kaders macht, mit Spieler aus der eigenen Liga. Daher würde ich die Route gehen mit einem albanischen Trainer, der die Liga kennt und auch schnell Spieler in die Kombetare nominieren würde. Nach zwei Jahren, würde dieser Kader bestehen und da kann dann wieder wenn es sein muss, ein ausländischer Trainer kommen. Die Spieler die das Herzstück der nächsten 4 Jahre sein sollten: - Ardian Ismajli (29) -> kann bis 33 spielen - Mario Mitaj (22) - Kristjan Asllani (24) - Medon Berisha (22) - Anis Mehmeti (25) - Ernest Muci (25) - Armando Broja (24) - Shpendi‘s (22)
