@shivatsna @Gamble154368 @En_jupiter_ You sir, are a fool. You are using your anecdotal experience to define how the majority of a racial group acts. “Most of y’all” lol in all your travels you haven’t come across even 1% of ‘black people’. Grading oppression also exposes your low iq. Pls learn to think critically
English

@Gamble154368 @En_jupiter_ It is person to person. I know good black folks. But most of yall are fucking low iq and violent. The narrative is built from experience. I travel all over the world including countries with long history of oppression harsher than what blacks faced and they rise to the occasion
English

@OldPrince8 @breakfastclubam @LorenLorosa Public perception. It makes it look like he’s choosing Kendrick over drake and vice versa, and Cole’s not doing that
English

@breakfastclubam @LorenLorosa I just thought of something 🤔 if Cole genuinely fw Kendrick and didn’t e to be involved in the beef why did he remove Kendrick from his album
English

J. Cole opens up about how confused he was by Kendrick Lamar’s verse, which led to his apology. “Did I do something? Did I say something?” Tap in for the latest with @lorenlorosa.
English

@111_143_101 @TaeTheWebbie @301Shaad @jmichelle555 It’s crazy how you say this but can’t see that’s exactly what Cole is doing rn. Standing up to say the rap goat talk wasn’t 100% true while the rap world kills him for it takes a lot of courage and exposes what most rappers feel but don’t have the courage to say
English

You know what’s funny bro you would think I’m trippin when I say this but the world is on decline with anything that’s not emphasizing standing up for yourself right now. In a world where people need to have the courage to stand on business. Any energy that represents compliance and coward behavior ain’t it right now.
English

@111_143_101 @301Shaad @jmichelle555 Kendrick feels more authentic cuz he lived that life and carries it with him, he’s more aligned to it. But it’s unlikely he 100% believes he’s the goat and would probably acknowledge that there are also rappers out there that could match/usurp him on their day.
English

@kingdom_ft @301Shaad @jmichelle555 I get that as well. I’m not expecting music to expose the complete character of a person but it should at least hit home as much as possible and a man should stand on what he puts out there.
English

@111_143_101 @301Shaad @jmichelle555 For me cole has always done that with his music minus the rap goat talk. But that made sense cuz I’ve always seen Cole as one who came from the hood but never aligned with it, but understood that being a rapper meant embodying that goat persona.
English

@111_143_101 @301Shaad @jmichelle555 I agree art should come from a place of truth, and I understand becoming attached to music that feels authentic. What I think you’re misunderstanding is that ‘truth’ only represents a small aspect of the artist. However you wanna slice it, they’re strangers to us.
English

No that’s the new concept that’s lame As fuk the artist should speak his truth he or she is a poet and should come from a place of truth that’s what makes the best music and also creates the best change. You’re wrong most of my favorites are who they say they are because their actions speak louder than words. Don’t get me wrong I like music in general but I also believe in the fact that the energy a person carries is passed thru their music. So I’m very careful about what I consume when it comes to music as well.
English

@111_143_101 @301Shaad @jmichelle555 Separate the art from the artist. It’s very simple. 90% of artists are not who they portray themselves to be, your favourite rapper included. To think otherwise is very naive. You’ve confused attachment to the art with attachment to the artist’s persona.
English

@301Shaad @jmichelle555 But not true to the words that come out of their mouths? So how is that true to himself? That’s called fake fam.
English

@EdwoodDavies @Beardandcamera @pinkdemonxx @ekonsa15 @MetroUK As I said, “if there’s potential harm caused, an apology should not be ignored”. John’s words were involuntary sure and he shouldn’t be blamed for that. Nevertheless, words have impact, and the word he used caused potential harm. Hence,…
English

@kingdom_ft @Beardandcamera @pinkdemonxx @ekonsa15 @MetroUK How is this even slightly comparable? The deaf person still has control over whether they want to act or not. John had no control over what he said and I really don’t understand how so many people are incapable of understanding something so simple
English

@Beardandcamera @pinkdemonxx @ekonsa15 @MetroUK No, but if a deaf person sees my daughter getting mauled across the street and does nothing (for example), I would need them to apologise for the inaction, not the fact that they’re blind. Point is, if there’s potential harm caused, an apology should never be ignored.
English

@RealBriansDad @amirsfiller @misandrynoir I agreed that he doesn’t have to apologise. I’m saying it would still be good if he did, to acknowledge the impact/potential harm his words caused. Reconciliation should never be ignored in situations where potential harm is caused to anyone, regardless of the involuntary aspect.
English

@kingdom_ft @amirsfiller @misandrynoir No he should not apologize, just like blind people shouldn't have to apologize if they bump into you or deaf people should've have to apologize if they don't hear you calling for them. ...and it's ridiculous to be offended by an involuntary tic, regardless of what was said.
English

@RealBriansDad @amirsfiller @misandrynoir He is not at fault, but unfortunately, his words have made impact regardless of the involuntary aspect. He should still apologise considering the significance of the slur to so many people. Also, you don’t dictate what a person or group of people can be ‘impacted by’.
English

@kingdom_ft @amirsfiller @misandrynoir Being impacted by a slur that was said to no one by someone who can't help it is silly. Expecting someone to apologize for something they can't control especially at an event he was attending specifically for a movie raising awareness about it is asinine.
English

@RealBriansDad @amirsfiller @misandrynoir For potential harm caused by a racial slur. He doesn’t need to apologise for having Tourette’s (no person with a disability HAS to apologise for it), but he could acknowledge the potential harm the slur could’ve caused. To ignore it, is to undermine the impact of the slur.
English

@turnthenotison @ShottaSV No I meant what didn’t you like about ‘Let out’ musically?
English

After 3 listens this new J. Cole album is a mixed bag for me. I want to start out by saying there are moments of greatness on here. The beginning 4 track run is incredible and consistent with the quality that I was expecting from this album. There are also a few other standouts throughout the course of the album where Cole displays some of the best rapping of his career.
However, this is not the “10 years in the making”, “magnum opus”, “go out with a bang” album that it was hyped up to be in my opinion. I’d be very disappointed if this was the last J Cole album as I feel like this is more of the same from him quality wise. All of his major flaws as an artist are still fully on display here. I do not think this album carries nearly enough value to be the same length as a Songs In The Key Of Life. I do think for Cole fans this will supply them with a lot of good music to look forward to in the same fashion that Donda did for Kanye fans. The consistent quality and depth is just not there for me, add in the fact that this album features some of Cole’s worst songs EVER and I’m left with a lot of mixed feelings and quite a bit of disappointment.

English

@RODKING305 @Anthony64356267 What makes Mr Morale’s content more ‘important’ than that of TFO?
‘Importance’ in music is subjective imo
English

@Anthony64356267 I think Kendrick’s albums are much better albums. MM&TBS is 1 of those albums that’s executed so well that it’s aging gracefully & the content is more important than what Cole did on TFO. GNX has the biggest impact of any album of the 20’s Cole’s albums aren’t as thought out.
English

@OHndrxx @Sir_Bungus As a RAPPER he’s in the same tier/level as Kendrick. Cole’s peak as a RAPPER is comparable to Kendrick’s. ARTISTRY is where Kendrick clears him imo. Cole has always been 1 dimensional with his expression of his raps, it’s his greatest strength and weakness.
English

@Sir_Bungus Where there is probs we give, you giving him credit where is due doesn’t make him better than Kendrick tho
English

This is what I mean
Internal rhyme schemes are dope , external rhyme scheme are dope too
But no bars that wow you or make you stop the track at all
S I H L E T H E P L U G@RealSihleIV
Kendrick Lamar doesn’t have a single verse this hard in his discography
English

@staffy_tv Other metrics will tell you we do create enough and have one of the top 4 attacks in the league. I do agree that the quality of chances can improve, but to me that’s not a sign of the system failing. It’s more so a sign of poor decision making in attacking areas.
English

@CODERINPROGRESS @SeraphimGait @olliinr @Ihunanya_chi 5.) When you believe in Jesus, you are granted justification - the penalty of sin no longer applies to you, and you receive Eternal Life along with the Holy Spirit. You still live and die in your mortal body, but when Jesus returns you are raised up again to live with him forever
English

@SeraphimGait @olliinr @Ihunanya_chi I genuinely still do not understand.
So... you got eternal life back but there's still death? Isn't eternal like... living forever?
Plus... is it immediately you sin you die? Or the person would live out their entire life and would eventually die? And how did Adam's sin transfer
English
