A new Retro Shooter heading for Kickstarter next Friday! Huey Games is launching a uniquely retro promotional campaign for its upcoming title, Hyper Sentinel Fusion, ahead of the game’s debut on Kickstarter on Friday, 27th February 2026 at AM (UK time). At the heart of the campaign is a collectible “floppy disk” — a nostalgic, USB-enabled throwback that blends 1980s microcomputing charm with modern functionality. While styled like a classic floppy, the disk will open to reveal a USB drive with the final playable game on it! Hyper Sentinel Fusion is a fast-paced, arcade-style shooter inspired by genre classics such as Uridium and Paradroid, reimagined with contemporary design and technology. Designed to celebrate the era when physical media defined home computing, the campaign aims to spark nostalgia among retro gaming fans while introducing a new generation to classic arcade sensibilities. There will be a wide range of rewards to get behind when the campaign launches at 9am on Friday 27th February.
