iam sharing best resources to train web3 security in my opinion for the new auditors. its 2026 and nothing is more than learning resources. i will be myself doing it to change my auditing mindest. 1- solana audit arena by the goat @0xcastle_chain. best place to practice solana security. my two cents, before we said there are no solana contests, but now there are no contests, its bug hunting era and solana knowledge will give huge advantage and make you super rare. 2- training.valvessecurity.com by @ValvesSec underrated, completing all the challengess alone will make you another auditor, and you can be ready for real world hunting. 3- shadow auditing @code4rena contests nothing to say, it's best place to learn for long time. start with small codebases and try to pick one category at a time. 4- real world hunting on @HackenProof thats the final stage- where you can use the knowledge you have on-chain its simple roadmap but hard to apply.

One of the things that's made me happiest these past few months is a shift in mindset. I went from being 100% focused on my own work to actually mentoring talented security researchers who have the skills but struggle to show them and land real audit work. I've been cutting into my own time to build things that help them: - Building the Solana Audit Arena so good researchers get a real stage to compete and shine. - Writing technical articles and posts to help people sharpen their skills. - Collecting and publishing learning resources on X and my blog. - Giving personal advice and guidance to people who actually need it. One of the results I'm most proud of is @zuhaib44, who really made it and broke into Solana security Auditing. If you have the skills but feel invisible, this space has more room for you than it seems.

WAIT! Ain't that supposed to be... OUT OF SCOPE? Bug report: Out of scope., dodged 5k bounty payment. Real compromise: lost -5.5m What a mess. If the thesis holds, this wasn't a smart contract vulnerability. It was an operations failure dressed as one. The code worked perfectly. The key that controlled it didn't. And across 4 chains simultaneously. Ethereum, Base, Berachain, Blast, that one key was worth $5.5M. Audit scope ends at the contract. It never reaches the key holder. That's the gap nobody prices in.

🚨Wasabi has been hacked for 5.5mil The current thesis is that a Private Key has been compromised and it granted itself a privileged role.

Iam in exams but Yesterday I knocked out a few DEX challenges on training.valvessecurity.com Some of them I knew from pattern matching and some not( that’s what I want to do BB) Somthing also I’d love to share is when I asked @Gemini Ai to solve it ( after I did) it didn’t do anything. I will try better one, maybe @pashov’s one. I just wanna know where am I from the Ai hype Not gonna spoil which challenges I solved… keeping it clean for anyone who wants to try it themselves

Mastering the "Auditing Mindset" with this roadmap. Spotting vulnerabilities in real-time requires pattern recognition, not just theory. Massive thanks to @kingoooooX1 for the curation and @ValvesSec for building the gold standard in auditor training. Training on these patterns is exactly how I level up for current challenges like K2. Highly recommended for any serious auditor.

the admin path I keep finding wipes live protocol state in one transaction 💀 not because of a missing signer check because setup uses init_if_needed and overwrites everything on every call

If you study maths or physics pdf and went straight solving some problems you can’t do it well until you TRAIN it’s same for web3

The XRP contest on @sherlockdefi ended with 2473 submitted issues. The interesting part is that this is a C++ contest with a mandatory PoC rule. The increasing number of SRs is impressive!
