@Stash been trying since 5/5 to get my daughters custodial account from stockpile attached to my stash account. Have emailed and called multiple times and her money is still somewhere in limbo. Help!

@Stash @kippi1031 It’s been 9 weeks. I’m finally able to login to Apex Clearing to see my 3 accounts. I’m told that I need to fill out form for 19 y/o and 21 y/o, but they have not sent me the form yet. It’s been 5 days!
Both Stash and Apex are requesting the same information over and over…

@Stash @kippi1031 @stash I waited 3 business days to call you for an update. Still no resolution! “Our agents are working on reviewing your case.” How about get an agent that can resolve the problem?

@ReasonAboveAll @Stash I did a BBB claim as well. Will look into doing a Finra one. Stash still can’t solve the issue. Was yours a Stockpile conversion?? How did you get any results?

@kippi1031 @Stash Stash initially “lost” 4 custodial accounts I set up for my daughter, niece’s and nephews. After weeks, they were able to find 3 of the accounts (the small ones) but after 5-weeks they still have not located my daughter’s accnt. I’ve open up claims w/ Finra and BBB.

@justsalad love you. However wish that promo codes were automatically applied. Just had to remind the server that my reusable bowl salad was $8.99. Have had to process correct 2x in the past with other promos.

@TeamYouTube Not login issues, account suspended and I am getting no help from the appeals team. I received email at 2:10am for content violation and another email at 2:10am for suspension.
