AI-tempot just nu är riktigt stressande! Varje gång jag loggar in på X har ytterligare tusen startups dödats av en ny feature, en ny modell, en ny API-release. Och jag loggar in ofta… plötsligt är det du byggt i 18 månader en checkbox i någon annans roadmap. Det här är inte kreativ förstörelse i Schumpeters och Sven Hagströmers romantiska tappning. Det är kreativ utradering. I realtid. Marginalkostnaden för att konkurrera går mot noll, medan tempot går mot oändligheten. Distribution slår produkt. Kontext slår funktion. Releasevideon är viktigare än kodbasen for crying out loud. Få bygger bolag som om de skall leva i tio år eller ens tre år. Man bygger som om de ska överleva till nästa vecka. Man optimerar för hastighet, inte perfektion. För distribution, inte differentiering. För optionalitet att vara med i en konsollidering (av vad exakt?), inte visionära femårsplaner. För i AI-eran är inte frågan om du blir disruptad. Frågan är om du ens hinner posta om det på X innan du försvinner. Raderad av Anthropics senaste uppdatering. Men det är feltänkt. Starka visioner kommer överleva. Den starkaste visionen kommer alltid vara intressant. Kombinera det med unik data och du behöver inte vara lika nervös över att logga in på X. Var unik. Onwards and upwards!

Building your own tools like GStack is an amazing experience. You come up with something you think might work and then two days later it replaces what you were doing before. Instead of /plan-ceo-review and /plan-eng-review sequentially, I find myself using "/autoplan with adversarial review" every time (it is kind of like Claude's -auto-mode but for making choices that my prompts used to ask) And after I finalize the plan and exit plan mode, CC codes it all, and then I do "/review with full claude and codex, full adversarial with claude and codex" And then it just one-shots everything from there, no bugs, 100% test coverage
