Hi @TeamYouTube please get in touch with me. Im available on chat. YouTube deleted my channels three days ago channels Id put so much time and effort into—but YouTube decided to use the Cleanup feature to get rid of new creators. Let’s all file a lawsuit against YouTube together.

This guy deadass has his entire account dedicated to defending MCCI monetisation.
An alt? But whose?
I wonder who would benefit from this... 🤔🤔

@melizsayay This is somewhat dishonest. That's less than 2 mcc+ tokens worth of gems, which you can get for less than 5 mil. This event pass is longer and more valuable (cosmetic keys). The cosmetics are optional and don't affect gameplay. You can also get all you mentioned through trading.

@VampireHunterTe I had a lot to say 😭
And now I'm realising I forgot to add: When the dev team continuously makes promises they don't keep, the community will inevitably become frustrated.
As a staff member, I was frustrated too and lost a lot of motivation. MCCI is a case of mismanagement imo

@melizsayay @VampireHunterTe Can't discuss and I was like ???? They are definitely targeting me at that point, I felt like I was going to get banned from the DC and the server despite having the biggest rank (gifted to me). Like tf... Also there was another thing but I can't really remember that anymore sry

@melizsayay @VampireHunterTe the same with lucyydotp talking with her about her struggles and stuff and instead of help and acceptance + comfort at that moment I really needed I instead got a warning for "discussing sensitive topics" which was the reason that "it's political/a real world thing that I (7)

@melizsayay @VampireHunterTe them having to work on the server for days cause they fcked up so bad that they needed DAYS in order to roll out a season update (+ gem incident situation too, that was a seperate thing) and ofc I and others got real frustrated and turns out they didn't like this despite us (5)

time to roast you once and for all!
This statement isn't "clarity"—it’s a confession. Discord just admitted they are using invasive behavioral tracking to profile you, all while trying to gaslight us into thinking "Cripple-Mode" is a choice.
Here is the full technical and legal takedown of @discord’s PR disaster: 🧵👇
1️⃣ The "ML Prediction" Bombshell: We are being profiled
Discord claims most won't need a scan because their "advanced machine learning model" will predict your age based on "patterns of user behavior." * The Reality: This is mass behavioral surveillance. To "predict" your age with "high confidence," they are tracking how you click, who you talk to, and how you navigate.
The Trap: If the algorithm—which is a black box—decides you "look" like a teen, you are immediately forced into the biometric funnel. You are guilty (underage) until proven innocent by a facial scan.
2️⃣ The "2025 Leak" Irony: You can't talk your way out of history
In their own FAQ, Discord mentions the September 2025 data breach where 70,000 government IDs were leaked. They say, "These vendors weren't involved."
The Reality: It doesn't matter which vendor it was. It proves that Discord’s ecosystem for handling sensitive documents is fundamentally broken.
The Logic: You’re asking us to trust "new partners" with biometric data when you couldn't even manage a customer service agent's access to static IDs? Trust is earned, and you are currently in the negatives.
3️⃣ The "On-Device" Myth: Software is the gateway
They claim facial scans "never leave your device."
The Reality: The software doing the scanning belongs to the vendor. If the code is running on your phone, it still captures the data.
The Risk: Once that biometric "on-device" infrastructure is in place, it’s one silent update away from becoming a cloud-syncing surveillance tool. We’ve seen this play out with "Client-Side Scanning" debates for years. It’s a back-door by design.
4️⃣ The GDPR Art. 7(4) Collision: This is Coercion
Discord says you only need to verify to access "age-restricted experiences" or "modify safety settings."
The Legal Reality: By locking core settings and community access behind a biometric wall, you are coercing consent. * The Violation: Under GDPR Art. 7(4) (Coupling Prohibition), consent is NOT valid if the provision of a service is made dependent on the processing of data that is not necessary for that service. Discord functioned for a decade without facial scans. It is NOT "necessary." This is a legal house of cards.
5️⃣ The "Minority" Gaslighting
They keep saying only a "minority" will be affected.
The Reality: On Discord, "age-restricted content" isn't just adult stuff. It's thousands of political, medical, and niche interest communities. By targeting this "minority," you are effectively de-anonymizing the most vulnerable and active parts of your user base.
THE VERDICT:This statement is a desperate attempt to stop the Nitro exodus before the IPO. They are trying to rebrand "behavioral profiling" and "feature-locking" as "safety."
We don't want "clarity" on how you're going to track us. We want the REMOVAL of the biometric mandate and the RESTORATION of full features for all users without surveillance.
The "pause" isn't enough. The #DiscordFail continues until the code is gone. 📉

@discord_support Nope. You pushing this on every user is absolutely stupid. Because i dont want to give you my face or a government ID, I, an adult, am now restricted. Pushing UK nonsense on the rest of the world. Need to let parents parent. Not your place. Imma find a bypass and spread it.

This is being sold as “teen safety,” but defaulting everyone into a 13–17 bucket unless they hand over an ID or face scan is wild but expected behavior by Discord. That’s not safety by design, that’s verification by coercion. It fits perfectly with the broader trend we’ve been watching for a while now, age gating, digital ID, and forced identity checks, all wrapped in the same “think of the children” packaging. If this were actually about safety, Discord would focus on moderation tools, reporting workflows, and server-level controls, not mass identity verification tied to biometric data.
What really bothers me is how normalized this is becoming. Platforms keep inching the line forward, and users are expected to just accept it because “that’s the way it is now.” It doesn’t have to be. If people don’t push back, stop using the platform, or move to alternatives, this becomes the blueprint for everything else online. Privacy and anonymity don’t disappear overnight, they get chipped away one “reasonable” policy at a time. Not to mention the multiple massive data breaches that Discord has experienced over the past several months and I'm just expected to trust their verification system blindly with my data, yeah not happening. This is one of those moments where people should actually stop, think, and decide whether convenience is worth giving up control over who you are online.
