@jasonkoop @spring_energy Good friend has had a terrible time of bonking, saw the rumblings, also sent off a couple of her Awesome Sauce. I don’t remember exact numbers, but it was basically 1/3 what the nutrition label claimed. She changed fuel, has had zero issues since. I no longer even look at Spring.

@thehungryhutch I use an ungodly amount of fennel seeds for some reason. But also cumin and coriander. Cinnamon obvi.

Crowdsource time! What are the top (3? 5?) spices you would recommend people buy whole instead of (or in addition to) ground? (So not something like cloves since I don't think ground clove is a very common ingredient.)
