Photo of old market square #Nottingham before it was 'modernised'. Construction of the new square began in 2005 at a cost of £17 million. It reopened 2 years later. The new fountains are unlikely to ever start again though because of 'high maintenance costs'.😳#ThenAndNow@No1tingham
