@galar Tako je. Ko delaš kruh, malo testa pustiš za naslednjič. Lahko se povsem posuši, pa bo še vedno ok, lahko je še vedno mokro seveda, nastavek pač. Potem naslednjič le tega nadrobiš/dodaš v moko in vodo in med.. počakaš, da se speni čez noč in to zamesiš v moko za nov hleb... cikl

@galar zaki pa te to rabiš. recept je mnogo bolj preprost: 1 skodelica moke, 1 skodelica tople vode, 1 žlica medu, zmešaj, pokrij in pusti stati dva dni. ko se začne penit, je ready. ;)
