🗺️ Map: Map pool now follows the new Soundmap ranking too, which means new epics/lyrics pulled will be from artists that are in demand
🔍 Quest: Questing artists from #1 to #150/250/350 (the cutoff) will continue to drop regular epics. Questing artists from the cutoff onwards will now drop numbered epics

🚨 Dropping v2.5 on the last day of October! 🚨 🎤 New artist profile page with stats including number of fans, genre ranking, and total quests completed 🏆 New top fans leaderboard based on number of quests completed 📈 New SOUNDMAP artist ranking for each genre - all cut-offs are now following Soundmap’s own artist ranking 🗺️ New map epic / lyrics cutoff with new rankings: Hiphop / Pop / Rock at top 1500 K-Pop / Indie at top 1000 R&B / Metal / Latin / Country / Electronic / Classical & Jazz at top 500 🎯 New quest epic / lyrics cutoff with new rankings: Hiphop / Pop / Rock at top 350 K-Pop / Indie at top 250 R&B / Metal / Latin / Country / Electronic / Classical & Jazz at top 150 💡 New epic/lyrics checker entry point on artist profile ⚙️ A few fixes on crashes, missing coin animation, and scrolling in power settings… A few notes on the changes: This update does give quest a buff. HOWEVER, new rarities/editions will be exclusively from map. Shiny/Gem rates will also get tuned in the near future to favor map over quest. We are planning on adding other types of top fan leaderboard in the future besides badges & quests. New cutoff should make it much better for most genres and most artists. The old 3rd party ranking is very unreliable and does not reflect the real demand in Soundmap. We understand that some artists might not be “questable” anymore, but please do keep in mind that many others are becoming “questable” again. More importantly, any epic/lyrics you pulled from map are now guaranteed to be much more in demand. Will continue to tune everything, i.e., cutoffs, rates, fan criteria, leaderboard as we go on!
