I was feeling super restless, so she did my entire appointment outside in the sun, going for a walk around the hospital grounds! 😊

OK here we go - Aged 25 and 62. I, like most women I know of my age, don't care what people think. Ageing is a gift, a joy to not have to wear make up and empowering as hell!!

This feels very hard to write, but earlier I tried to end my life.
I’m currently in hospital, awaiting assessment, not sure what the future holds.

Those of you who know of my lovely mum will be sorry to hear she had a fall and broke her hip. She’s had an op - and is still smiling. But also confused.
I’m on the train to see her for a few days.
