It is ok to fight for Heeseung and advocate for him, but it's also okay to accept and respect his decision. Of course we have conflicting feelings, but ultimately we want to support him no matter what he decides. I hope that helps you. The relationship we have with him doesn't need to end just because he's chosen a different route. It will just look a little different moving forward. It's still unknown if he will come back, but if he does we will be here and if not, we will still be here.

I don’t want to doompost and kill everybody else’s spirits even more but I genuinely want to know if it’s still okay to fight for heeseung. I swear I can’t just move on but then at the same time I don’t want to force something onto the members that they don’t want :( I’m asking because I genuinely don’t know what to do and I feel heartbroken all over again

A Twitter user identified as @\bambimymoon (or @\bambimymoon_ according to a recent change) published 30+ alarming posts between March 22–24, 2026. They claimed that HYBE’s public business filings contained hidden proof of a secret plan to break up ENHYPEN. They said Heeseung’s departure was ordered by the company’s board of directors. They told fans there was a limited window to crash HYBE’s stock before the March 31 shareholder meeting to stop the plan. This review covered all HYBE filings publicly available on DART — Korea’s public financial filing database — from March 2025 through March 2026. That is over 90 documents. The result: over 91% of their claims are FABRICATED, UNVERIFIABLE, or MISLEADING. The document they cited either does not exist, or it says the opposite of what they claimed. Not one claim about ENHYPEN, Heeseung, or any individual member checked out. Most critically, the action they urged fans to take was based on a factual error. They claimed the upcoming shareholder vote would eliminate voting rights for small shareholders. The documents show it would restore those rights. Following their instructions would produce the exact result they claimed to oppose. If what they claimed was true, it would amount to a bombshell news story. But there is a reason it's coming from one random Twitter account and not Dispatch: there is no evidence for any of their outrageous claims. What the Documents Show Not one claim about ENHYPEN, Heeseung, or any individual member received an ACCURATE rating. All 22 claims about the group’s corporate situation are either fabricated or unverifiable. There is no “Profitability Review” for ENHYPEN in any document. There is no board decision naming Heeseung. There is no document assigning Ni-Ki to a Japan strategy, Jungwon and Sunghoon to luxury brand deals, Jay and Jake to a Western market report, or Sunoo to a digital engagement study. These documents do not exist. They are not hidden. They are not encoded. They are simply not there. Over 91% of all claims are not accurate as stated. 63.8% are FABRICATED — the document cited either does not exist, or it says the opposite of what the user claimed. Another 15.5% are UNVERIFIABLE, meaning they concern internal company matters that are not public records. Only 8.6% of claims are ACCURATE — and every accurate claim is a basic public fact anyone can look up in under five minutes: a meeting date, a name on an agenda. What We’re Fact Checking Between March 22 and March 24, 2026, a Twitter user identified as @\bambimymoon published a series of wild assertions: They claimed that HYBE’s publicly available business filings contained proof of a secret plan to break up ENHYPEN into smaller parts. They said these filings showed concrete evidence Heeseung’s departure was not his choice, something the fandom has been speculating since March 10. They said each member had been assigned a corporate value in internal documents. They said that HYBE was experimenting with ENHYPEN and ENGENEs. They said fans had a limited window to crash HYBE’s stock before a March 31 shareholder meeting to stop the plan. They said all of this was supported by public filings in DART that they shared links to — if readers know how to look. The thread spread quickly in a fandom that was already upset and looking for answers. I decided to investigate thoroughly to answer, once and for all, if any of this was true, for the sake of ENGENEs who deserve to process these already confusing events without misinformation creating more anguish and chaos. Every HYBE investor and regulatory filing available on DART from March 2025 through March 2026 was reviewed — over 90 documents, hundreds of pages — and 58 specific claims from the thread were checked against those records. The Documents That Don’t Exist The most specific and upsetting claims in the thread cite internal company documents by name. These are presented with exact quotes — some in English, some in Korean with translations provided. None of them appear in any public DART filing, and therefore are UNVERIFIABLE. Claims like this are speculation at best, or fiction at worst: An alleged January 2026 Market Sensitivity Analysis supposedly containing a quote that HYBE predicted a “25–30% short-term decline in fan engagement” from splitting Heeseung from ENHYPEN and considered it acceptable damage. An alleged phased fan strategy document outlining a three-stage plan for fan reactions to the departure: initial shock (days 1–7), fragmentation of fan unity through targeted individual content (days 8–20), normalization of the new group structure (days 21–31). An alleged “Financial Gag” compliance notice sent to all subsidiaries in January 2026 telling members and others not to speak or risk financial consequences. An alleged board decision document naming Heeseung under “Individual Asset Transition” with his departure described as “brand optimization.” An alleged contingency plan document stating the board could delay or change the director appointments at the March 31 meeting if fan pressure became too strong. Not one of these alleged documents was found in the public record — and that is where the user told us to look for them. The filings from February 12, 2026 — which the thread describes as containing a “management audit” naming Heeseung as “High-Value Independent IP” — are entirely routine dividend and executive pay correction documents. They contain no artist names, no strategy language, and no management audit of any kind. When asked for sources, the user repeatedly pointed to public filings available on the HYBE website. But they said some files are “single-use links” that must be found manually, that documents “cannot be downloaded for legal reasons outside of Korea,” and that uploading files to AI “won’t tell you anything.” None of these things are true. DART links are permanent. DART filings can be accessed from anywhere in the world. And AI is the most likely tool that enabled the user, who is based in the Americas, whose writing exhibits AI giveaway phrasing, and crucially, who has not exhibited in any way that they are fluent in Korean, to read these documents in the first place. Two screenshots they shared illustrate a pattern of misdirection based on the assumption that the reader doesn't understand Korean. The screenshot shown in Post 1, displayed alongside claims about the board meeting, is a page from the annual Business Report about standard tax accounting. It has no connection to artist decisions of any kind, yet they shared it in a way that suggests it's concrete evidence of conspiracy. The screenshot in Post 34, which the user personally blacked out before posting — replacing company names with a tooth fairy emoji and hiding key text — is from the section of the annual report that describes what HYBE does as a company. This is a publicly available document. Anyone can read it in full on DART. Blacking out words makes a public document look like restricted information that only the OP can access, and they claimed there was secret meaning in the standard business disclosure if you own a sharpie, a purple highlighter, and the will to invent it. What the Thread Got Right The annual shareholder meeting is scheduled for March 31 at 10:00 AM Korean Standard Time. Isaac Lee and Kevin Mayer are agenda items 3-1 and 3-2 for director election. They have not yet been formally approved by shareholders. Electronic voting runs from March 21 to March 30. These facts are accurate. They are also printed on the first page of the meeting notice, which anyone can find on DART. One phrase in the November 2025 shareholder letter does read “adjusting the speed.” This is real. However, it refers to the pace at which Weverse was adding external artist partners to its platform — not to any reduction in investment in Korean groups. The thread presents this phrase, accurately quoted, as evidence of budget cuts to ENHYPEN. That is not what the document says. This is the most important technique in the user’s body of posts: a real phrase from a real document, removed from its context, used to support false conclusions. Everything that follows this quote is unsupported by the document it cites. The user engages in this pattern throughout to lend authority to their claims, seeking to gain the belief of ENGENEs who are grieving and desperate for someone to make sense of this situation and give them hope that they can change it. But hope based on a completely fabricated premise is not real. It's a distraction from the legitimate concerns shared by ENGENEs and something that discredits the fandom's voice when it needs to be heard the most. Heeseung’s Handwritten Letter The thread says Heeseung’s departure was ordered from the top of the company. The public record is more ambiguous than that. His letter does use the phrase “the direction the company suggested.” Many fans have read this as a sign that the departure was not his choice. That is an understandable reading, one that I personally still have a lot of unanswered questions about. The public record does not resolve the question either way. BELIFT LAB’s official statements say the decision was reached through lengthy discussions. Certain details around the announcement were not well explained or well planned — rescheduled fan calls, changed content releases, last-minute travel cancellations, and merchandise that still featured Heeseung after the announcement. The Korea Herald reported on these details, and the company has not fully addressed them. It is entirely reasonable to feel doubt or ask questions after the way Heeseung's departure was handled. But the public records do not support the user’s claim that there are documents in the public record proving the departure was a board-ordered financial plan set in motion since November 2025. The documents do not show this. The documents that would show this do not exist. And the fandom deserves truth, not fiction. On the Method and Its Effect The posts, taken together, follow a consistent pattern. Real, verifiable facts — the meeting date, the names of the director candidates, the electronic voting window — are stated correctly at the start. This makes the narrator seem reliable. That trust is then applied to claims that have no basis in any document. The claims with the least evidence use the most emotional language: a company that planned fans’ grief as “acceptable damage,” members legally prevented from speaking under threat of losing their pay, a script written to wear fans down within exactly three weeks. At the same time, every route to independently checking the claims is closed. The documents are too large and numerous to read on your own. The most important sub-files cannot be linked directly. AI tools cannot process them correctly for other international ENGENEs for whom Korean is a foreign language — just like the OP. The only option left is to trust the narrator. Given that the thread’s main claim about the shareholder vote is the direct opposite of what the source document says — something anyone can verify in five minutes — the instruction not to read the documents yourself is not incidental. It is necessary for the story to hold together. What the Documents Cannot Tell Us Does the March 31 shareholder meeting have anything to do with Heeseung? No. It is a routine annual meeting with an ordinary business agenda that does not include anything at the artist contract level. Does Heeseung’s appearance in the 2025 roster confirm he’s still in ENHYPEN? No. The roster is part of a financial report for the year 2025. His inclusion gives us no insight into his current standing. Do the documents prove Heeseung was forced to leave ENHYPEN? No. There is nothing in the documents to support either possibility. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, but it is false to claim these documents prove either theory. Do the documents explain why Heeseung is still on Weverse? No. There is nothing in the documents related to this at all. The only people who know the answer to this are in the company. Do the documents support a boycott through March 31? Unknown. The meeting is not related to Heeseung’s departure. I would caution any ENGENE against putting full faith in anyone who claims this meeting determines his fate. Is there still a chance to bring Heeseung back to ENHYPEN? Unknown. The simple truth is that we do not know the path ahead, what any member’s contract contains, or what the members intend. Do not rely on information that is emotionally satisfying at the expense of reasonable doubt and validation of sources. There is nothing in the documents related to this at all. The only people who know the answer to this are in the company. The Single Most Important Finding The main call to action in the user’s thread — vote against item 2-1 at the March 31 annual shareholder meeting, crash HYBE’s stock, and protect shareholder rights — is built on one claim: that item 2-1 would eliminate the voting rights of small shareholders to elect board members. This is the opposite of what the documents, and South Korean law say. HYBE’s company rules currently state that this type of voting “shall NOT APPLY.” Item 2-1 proposes to delete that rule. Removing the rule that blocks this voting right restores it — it does not eliminate it. This was confirmed by five separate HYBE documents. It is also consistent with a Korea Herald article from March 16, 2026 reporting that dozens of Korean companies are proactively restoring this voting right before a new law makes it mandatory in September. A shareholder who followed the user’s instructions and voted against item 2-1 would have voted against restoring their own rights. The call to action would produce the exact result it claimed to oppose. An observant reader should ask: If an easily verifiable claim that is essential to the user’s argument is false, then how can anything they say be trusted? My Own Bias This is more work than is deserved to evaluate claims made by someone who won’t provide sources. But my motivation is simple: I don’t want ENGENEs to be misled or hurt by false information during an already emotional time. I am an American ENGENE and have been since late 2023. ENHYPEN is my ultimate group. They are the only group I have ever seen in concert or supported through voting and streaming. I was part of streaming teams for DU (Prod By Engene) and TSV (ENGENE University). I have voting proof records for music shows and MAMA 2025. I attended Walk the Line in Houston on August 12, 2025. I support Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki, no matter what their futures look like. I signed the petition advocating for Heeseung’s return to ENHYPEN. I am not sure if a boycott would be effective, given how HYBE is structured, but I do not dismiss the concerns that pro-boycott ENGENEs have expressed. I am deeply concerned about overwork and mistreatment of ENHYPEN. I do not believe Heeseung’s departure was 100% his own decision. I do believe there are additional circumstances BELIFT has not shared with the fandom. I don’t claim to know what they are. I only know that the way his departure happened was very unusual, and I don’t fully understand it. I don’t know whether it is possible for Heeseung to return to ENHYPEN. I sincerely hope it is. None of that changes what the documents actually show. The correct response to an incomplete explanation from a company is not to spread a theory of fabricated documents as the explanation the fandom needs. Fake evidence does not validate real concerns. It poisons them. The original poster has repeatedly claimed that you need special knowledge to understand these documents. They say you need to read between the lines. They say you need to rely on their interpretation rather than reading yourself. They say AI tools will give you wrong information — you have to read them personally, something they know is impossible for a large majority of ENHYPEN’s extremely multinational fanbase. All of this is false. It is an attempt to make readers feel that they are not capable of understanding the sources on their own, and to force them to put their faith in their interpretation. The documents they directed users to are ordinary, publicly available business reports and disclosures. Anyone can read them. I hope everyone who reads this will check sources for themselves — for this document and for any other claims they see on Twitter. If you find a mistake here, please tell me. I will correct it. If you want to translate this document into another language, or simplify it to share on other platforms, you have my permission. I only ask that you link back to the source so others can see the evidence for themselves. In my heart, no matter what happens, ENHYPEN will always be seven. We do not need to agree on everything to dispute baseless claims in the fandom.
