I’m doing my dissertation for my MSc at the moment and part of it focuses on psychological safety and the impact certain types of leadership will have!

So much to be said about the role of leadership (rather than management) when it comes to NHS productivity - but even I’ve been afraid to go there because of the lack of psychological safety here on #MedTwitter.
