Hello beautiful people, my name is Brianna(Thee Anime Guru), and I’m the proud founder and President of The Women of the Soul Society (Public)(WOSS)—a community built by and for women of color and non-binary individuals who love anime, manga, and all things nerd culture. I’m not sure what black woman experience @andrewschulz has had, but it hasn’t been the real “black girlfriend effect”. To insult black women and described them as complainers & abusive isn’t just untrue. It’s disrespectful. Even worse, James Duncan & Fuhad Dawodu allowing him to say it is more insulting. Andrew Schultz spoke that way in front of two black men because they allowed him to. They made him comfortable enough to disrespect black women because they didn’t force him to respect them. My experience is that black women are powerful, beautiful, strong, and supportive. They prioritize black family, community, & culture. They take steps back to push their men, and families forward. So, no Andrew the “black girlfriend effect” is nothing like what you described. I’m just upset that you don’t have enough solid black men around you to tell you differently!

Call me crazy but I don’t think I’m going to buy Sunday Ticket this season. I feel like last year I was gone most of the day games on Sunday and I think I’m going to do that again this year. Problem is that if I am home idk if I can take watching the Jets or Giants play😂

This applies for any form of exercise and diet, our bodies adapt. Though 10k steps or let’s say walking 4-5 miles everyday is more active than most.

Someone asked me this so I wanted to ask y’all STORYWISE: Which are you picking One Piece(before Enies Lobby) or Naruto (not shippuden)

This morning we clocked in at 182.2lbs, which isn’t bad. I typically find myself comfortable in the 180-185lb range. Perhaps this next IG stories series can focus on body comp changes that occur w/ clean eating!

In a recent series of events, a friend of mine has pointed out that my eating out habits have gotten out of control (she means well), so I’m taking it as a challenge. Eating clean from now on 😤!

Walking is an underrated form of exercise. Whenever I lean out I prioritize getting my steps in almost more than anything else. But like @BriLimitless said, find something you enjoy doing and be consistent with it!

In that phase where I want to eat whatever I want, so cutting isn’t ideal, but still wanting to stay relatively lean, maybe even bulk a bit. But also, want to focus on performance/athleticism/mobility. Fun times!
