I have been using my Galaxy S21 FE for the last 2 years. Two days ago, while using the phone, I noticed a thin vertical line on the display. After 10 to 15 minutes, the line became clearly visible. I went to the service center because Samsung offers free display replacement for up to 3 years for this known issue. But they refused my request, saying that small dents on the frame are considered physical damage. The problem is clearly with the display. There is not a single scratch on the screen. Everyone knows that vertical lines on AMOLED displays are not caused by minor frame dents. This is a known panel issue, not user damage. I am a loyal Samsung user. I have used many Samsung products in the past and currently I am using this phone along with Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. If genuine display issues are denied like this, how can customers trust Samsung and buy its products again in the future? @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile
