@umenokii да, сколько людей осталось без домов, на эти линевки тоже выделялись деньги в 2022, но они как всегда куда-то исчезли. и самое что проблема с дождями всплывает каждый год, затапливало улицы, но чтобы власти обратили внимание нужно было походу уничтожение населенных пунктов

He is cruel in words, but physically cruel? No, there’s no evidence. You can say he committed bad acts without demonizing and mischaracterising him
