@karlwilding We're in self-isolation. Got the skipping ropes out for exercise to do a small space. @eddieizzard once said it is exercise for little girls and body builders. I am neither but did 30in a row and felt good!

I just want to say, for what it's worth, it's ok to feel sad right now. To feel vulnerable, uncertain, overwhelmed and even scared. It's ok to cry (I have twice already this morning). Please don't keep it all in though. Talk to someone. It helps.
