Was trolled here recently-told my feed is pure self pity.Our brains are wired to focus on attacks,so I went silent,but my hope in being honest about my mental illness & autism here is to make others feel less alone & to give your brain a rest with my photos. That troll can do one

Finishing writing the booklet that's part of my tiny posy/ink bottle kit, with a brief history of the penny post-a letter writing boom triggered by an EXTREMELY modern innovation developed in the late 1700s: LIQUID, READY-TO-USE INK! Well fill up my dance card & call me Fanny.

Got trolled a few days ago for posting 'precious, middlebrow, feel-good twaddle'.👀 My tweets/photos are designed to lower stress hormone & lift mood. I'm told they work. I'd rather post an (arguably silly) tiny posy in a thimble & increase someone's dopamine than be a troll🌿

The first posy in a thimble I made, to lift my mood during the pandemic. The flowers are all real. When humans look at plants (even on a screen as here) we recover from stress 60% more quickly & the relaxation response is triggered in our brains. Zoom in if you're strung out🌿

Here we go then! For reasons that are a complete mystery, the @atrium_poetry account has disappeared into the cosmos, apparently never to be seen again. After extensive investigations and furtling about to retrieve it, we have no alternative than to start a new X account.
