@AleksiReito For degenerative meniscus lesions... suggesting primarily conservative treatment, and arthroscopy with partial meniscus resection not until a conservative course of treatment has failed. This is true for patients with and without knee osteoarthritis.

Could this be anymore conflicting? Osteoarthritis is already there or impending but after "failed conservative treatment" just go ahead, resect the meniscus and accelerate the degeneration. online.boneandjoint.org.uk/doi/full/10.13… #orthotwitter
