For me (Covid day 5) The situation is what it is - neither good or bad, but HOW I THINK ABOUT IT CREATES MY EXPERIENCE. How is your thinking benefitting and supporting you? Or is it not? Are there any useful questions you could use to support more useful thinking? #thinking

If I want to feel like that what would I need to be thinking to feel that? What I might I need to do? Starting out with the feelings you desire in mind may just help you to think about your day differently.

Some days do you struggle to see the wood for the trees? These moments can feel so difficult because we are not dealing with the actual situation, but our thinking about the situation. We may well be FEELING our THINKING. Shifting our perspective changes everything

This week I have realised that I have been attached to older versions of me from my past. Once I realised this I was able to see how ridiculous it is to be so attached to notions of me that no longer exist, I have been able let them go. It feels like a huge relief!

We all need moments to restore us, replenish and nourish us. How do you make sure that you find these moments in your day? Often a small moment is enough to make a big difference. #restore
