What is Linda Masarira doing there? What input does she give on constitutional matters. Ziyambi as the architect of this nonsense okay. Madhuku as an expert okay. Ko Linda?

Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 If you think life is hard remember Ronald Mujuru buried his wife and 5 children today 💔💔💔 Six members of the Mujuru family, including mother Lilian (40) and five children, died in a head-on crash with a truck on April 2, 2026, along the Harare-Masvingo Road. I don’t know if that man will ever heal in this lifetime 😢💔💔

After several phone calls and meetings this morning with people I regard highly, I have decided to stop responding to issues unrelated to the Constitutional Amendment no 3. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The threats by ZANU PF mafia on our lives is obviously serious . Faced with the backlash against Constitutional Amendement No 3 , ZANU can only revert to what it knows best which is violence and murder . We have walked this road before and lost thousands of friends and comrades . But we have never been cowards , we have have never yielded on matters of principle . The Constitutional Bill is a heinous attack on our freedoms on our dignity on our sovereignty. We will therefore resist it with every ounce of our energy . We will DEFEND the 2013 constitution and if it means we will lose our lives in the process then let it be . x.com/harare_1/statu…

Today we are in Marondera for the National Youth Day event. This is not a political function, as some might allege. People must be able to seperate between a national and a political function, and they should uphold patriotism at all times as the bedrock of unity and prosperity.

𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗜𝗦 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧. I hate to admit it, but Temba is right. Zimbabweans hate their own who succeed. That's why we don't have a single person who's being celebrated in Zimbabwe for putting the country on the map. We don't celebrate our businesspeople who created jobs and invested in the country when it was under sanctions and unfashionable to invest. And we don't celebrate those who fought to remove sanctions or those who led the country through those tough times. We are haters who don’t celebrate our national brand advocates. Temba's only mistake was forsaking the whole country, including those who support him.

Rutendo Matinyarare has alleged that Strive Masiyiwa nicodemously sponsors ZANU-PF. What evidence, if any, supports this claim? If it is unfounded, it should be clearly and promptly refuted. It cannot be business as usual after such earth shattering claims. The accusation has appeared before. I recall a distinguished professor raising it several years ago; so it’s worth asking why it keeps resurfacing.

𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛 𝗕𝗬 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦. He was once the richest black man in Zimbabwe, made by ZANU PF policies, indigenization, and preferential procurement alongside people like Nigel Chanakira, James Makamba, Strive Masiyiwa, and others. At his zenith, he had 27 companies: 2 banks, 2 insurance companies, a number of mines, a pipe manufacturing company, and others, bought through vender finance and financial engineering, enabled by ZANU PF indigenization policies. Under the illusion that he was self-made because he had worked at the World Bank, he was asked to give back to those who made him. He refused. Meanwhile, smart ones like Strive never forgot what made them, so they gave back to their masters, without thinking twice, despite playing to the gallery by speaking ill against the same ZANU PF that empowered them. You have heard Mutsvangwa saying we make all those who have money in Zimbabwe. That’s no joke. As a result, Mawere lost all that had been given him. Mr World Bank, thinking that since he was “self-made” and a South African citizen, he would join the ANC, get tenders and empowerment deals again to make it. But in a country where blacks own nothing, he became broke and destitute, to a point of being embroiled in fraud of $250 000. For the better part of his last 15 years, he was trying to convince people like me and many others to help him fight the government to get his wealth back, but it was to no avail because it was never his in the first place. As a result, he died of stress and frustration at the age of 66, unable to get the support and empowerment that once made him. If Nigel Chanakira and Kasukuwere do not humble themselves, I see them suffering the same fate. ZANU PF made them all, and without ZANU PF they won’t survive. Don’t listen to these class of 1972-79 telling you that they are self-made. Most of them were made by ZANU PF, including THE telco billionaire. If you don’t believe me, let him to refuse to kiss the ring and see if he won’t end up like Mawere. Never turn your back on your country or what made you, because it's the only thing that can make you again. Many of you diaspora citizens who are always bitter and denigrating your nation here on social media, you are already showing signs of similar frustration and heartbreak. It's not too late; learn from our elder. RIP Mawere. PS: There's nothing I'm writing here that I didn't say to his face.

We express our deepest gratitude to Mkoma Mutumwa Mawere @mmawere, one of the foremost business minds in our nation, along with Strive Masiyiwa, Shingi Mutasa, Julius Makoni, Nicholas Nyambirai, Peter Pamire, and others. You were instrumental in establishing the Affirmative Action Group, which paved the way for black business entrepreneurs to actively participate in the economy as business owners. We pay tribute to your enduring legacy. Rest in Peace 🙏 Mkoma.
