Marvel Rivals Plans for 2026-2027 📢 In a new interview, creative director Guangyun Chen explained that the team is gonna "break boundaries" in 2026 and that the game will evolve massively over the next 2 years. “Our goal is to shift from being ‘just a shooter’ to a comprehensive Marvel ‘moving anime’ experience.” The game will expand into new PvE Game modes and Path of Doomsday, in addition to the standard 6v6 PvP. Path of Doomsday will feature 5 MCU-Related updates inspired by the Infinity Saga, that will bring new themed content and never-before-seen Gamemodes to promote the Movie. Creative director Guangyun Chen also mentions that Marvel envisions the game having hundreds of characters and that the development team plans map out content through 2027, with no plans to slow down. #MarvelRivals
