A2: @AldeaCoffee in the workroom raises a lot of spirits for sure. A positive culture & climate allows us to not the lows get us too low. We have a surprise lunch coming from some parents on Friday. Our Leadership Team write INSPIRE cards every Tuesday. #MemspaChat
