For all the flak these guys have gotten, they locked in with Lord of the Fallen, made it a solid game, did right by their players, and were rewarded for it for it. Feels like the industry is healing a bit when even investors are starting to back a player first mentality.

@SaSsGames @Cyael I played about 10 hours. Constantly killed by players and quit. The game looks fun, but PVP isn't fun for me.

@kodesai @Cyael It already has one (kind of) just play friendly, don't shoot raiders and you'll get friendly lobbies. 450 hours so far and I've died maybe 30 times to other players. It's extremely rare.

When PvE comes to Arc Raiders I'm there to figh Giant Robots. Hopefully there are craftable drone companions by then. Marathon could be f2p right now and I do not and never will have a desire to play.
