@AIB_AXYSAfrica @FIB_Kenya So I allocate Ksh 100 on a stock and made a profit of 5%. Why charge commission on 105% rather than only on 5% capital gain! i.e 1.66% of the 5% gain. Why do you want my capital?

WANAIBA NA KUUZA WATOTO KAMA OMENA! Yesterday, I rescued two children from Kware in Embakasi South who had been stolen and sold for Ksh 50,000 each. The woman who bought the two children a boy and a girl later fell sick. When she consulted a witch doctor, she was told that one of the children’s parents had also sought help from another witch doctor, and that if she did not return the child to the rightful parents, she would never recover and could even die. Out of fear, she returned one of the children to the woman who had sold them to her. However, instead of taking the child back to the parents, the seller began looking for another buyer. Upon receiving this information, I moved quickly to rescue the children. I confronted them and informed them that the real parents were ready to receive their child so that she could be freed from her illness. During the operation, the woman confessed that she had bought each child for Ksh 50,000. We successfully rescued both children, and the two suspects were arrested. PLEASE SHARE IFIKIE WAZAZI.

@AIB_AXYSAfrica I think it's a continuous need for serving online clients rather than a one off event. You will realise that many of your clients are online and need help daily.

@NSE_Investors HF market is very restricted to housing and will hardly make bigger profits than what we have already seen. Although there might be some growth in the next decade, it will be very slow. Unless one is a speculator, better counters are there to put their hard earned cash.

Book value per share is what each shareholder will get per each share owned in the bank if we were to sell all the assets currently owned by the bank and settle all the debts owed by the bank. ➢ Market price per share is what you could have paid for each share if you made the purchase on 2nd April 2026. ➢ Book-to-price ratio refers to the book value per share divided by the market price per share. ➢ Implied return refers to the book-to-price ratio multiplied by the return on average equity. KCB Bank looks promising and is likely to give the highest return in the next 1 year, whereas Housing Finance Group is unlikely to appreciate much in the next 1 year. What is your opinion ladies and gentlemen on this?

@VictorNyakund10 All NSE brokers use same software and I've seen same problem on @AIB_AXYSAfrica one can make an order at market price and won't for hours. If it does, you wont see your purchases for hours.

Wadau, Kenya Airways (KQ) is currently trading at 6.02. However, when I place a buy order at that price, the system indicates that the allowable limit price range is between 4.27 and 5.21.Additionally, I have a purchase order that I placed last Thursday that remains pending. From a market trading rules perspective: What explains the discrepancy between the current trading price and the permitted bid range? Are there price control mechanisms (such as daily price movement limits) affecting order placement? Could the pending order be a result of price restrictions, low liquidity, or order matching dynamics within the exchange? I’d appreciate a technical explanation of what might be happening in this scenario.@WaruhiuFranklin

@KeKirwa Very true. I read somewhere that one acre feeds one cow per year so keeping 6 cows have at least 6 acres worth of feeds.

As a seasoned dairy farmer and agricultural consultant, I'd give you a few pieces of advice: Firsr, find a piece of land somewhere and grow feeds. In dairy farming, you need to produce at least 80% of your feeds. Tafuta acre moja weka bommarhodes. Half an acre weka super nappier. The other thing you need to do is to start small, 6 cows at a go will drain your pockets in 5 weeks. A maximum of 3 is a good deal as you grow polepole. Don't put your money on a "modern structure." That's very unnecessary. Tafuta yule fundi wa mtaa akujengee boma ya ngombe. Also, don't go for fresian cows as a first-time farmer. Utalia zaidi. Thank you for your attention on this matter.
Nick_tradesKe@Nick_tradesKe1

I want to start dairy Farming I need to develop this piece of land with a budget of not more than $1000 Ideally I want to set this land for a zero grazing unit for about 6 cows My goal is to produce at least 100 liters in the next one year Mafundi mnipee plan ya building

A new Bill has been proposed that seeks to create a central sacco where 30+ saccos pool funds and manage cash. The Bill also creates a two-level system where members save in saccos, and saccos pool funds into a central sacco.
