FUN FACT: Every physical malady, every issue in the body, was first an issue in the mind.
For example:
Take Dehydration.
If you’re someone who just doesn’t want to/or remember to hydrate themselves… there’s actually a subconscious logic to it.
Dehydration = SUBCONSCIOUSLY: Viewing life as one long threat, and that looming feeling that you’re about to encounter catastrophe… as if it’s right around the corner…
It’s largely from feelings of being out of your element, and lacking the resources necessary to hurdle your current obstacle.
You came from childhood circumstances that demanded you to always be on alert.
So by dehydrating yourself, you’re going out of your way to deliberately induce that tiny bit of constant-survival-instinct adrenaline in order to stay ready for a fight at any time. (The catastrophe that you feel is right around the corner)
Remember: perception is reality.
What actually happened does not matter.
What matters is how you interpret what happened.
Change the perception —> Issue fixes itself
Namaste.
