@kokondk If we're being honest, its marine boards that you cannot reuse, timber is reusable.

People of the internet will question why I'm using traditional timber for my suspended slab's formwork. Here's my answer; apart from it being readily available in our case here, it also produces a rougher, more porous surface texture compared to the smooth, dense finish left by marine boards. This rough finish is highly advantageous for plastering because it offers better mechanical bonding, meaning the plaster grabs onto the surface more securely without needing additional mechanical hacking.

NANDI COUNTY has benefited more from Kikuyu Presidents than our own (Moi and Ruto combined) President Mwai Kibaki did many road projects in Nandi than today's government,; 153km Kipsigak-Serem-Shamakhokho road(2004-2006 by China Wu Yi),Chebarbar-Lessos-Napkoi((2003-2004 by Issaco from Israel), 2.Himaki-Nandi hills (2004-2005), 3.Chepterit-Baraton-Kimondi (17km) 4.Eldoret-Kapsabet-Nandi hills -Awasi re-carpeting and Kapsabet -Chavakali re-carpeting.. 5.Mosoriot-Kabiyet-Kaiboi-Kurgung road (35km). President Uhuru Kenyatta built The Rivatex-Kipkaren Salient- Kapkatembu road (35km) All in Kibaki's first term to one district (currently Nandi county). President Kibaki also raised tea bonuses in the same term from 3ksh per Kilo to 37ksh/kg. Keep in mind Nandi didn't even vote for him i! In 4 years Ruto has built Salient-Kaiboi road 7km ONLY, and it is not even complete!

Try this little secret I discovered recently: Add unrefined avocado oil in a bucket of warm to hot water. Have a little container to scoop the scented water with. After lathering up with soap, enjoy a refreshing avocado oil water rise, pouring head to toe a little at a time. You could do this seated on a stool or chair — mimic an outdoor spa experience. Leaves the skin feeling divine under a bathrobe. Not sure how this would be in a bathtub. I haven’t been able to try bathtub due to health reasons hapa na pale. But a girl got to adjust eh 🤣. Glad I was taught back in the day how to bucket/karai shower. I have just done a little upgrade with the avocado oil. By the way, soaking tired or achy feet in avocado oil bucket/Karai water will make your feet cry for joy. 🤩 Of course be careful, oil can get floors slippery.
