Mail is now flowing. Traffic was delayed during the incident - not deleted. Mail might arrive later, but it will arrive :)

We saw a problem on an external MX server this morning. It caused external traffic for some users to be queued and waiting for passage for a few hours.The cause was failure of the automatic nightly update of the antivirus system.The system was updated and the problem was fixed

Our core services have been restored by now but for the knowledge bases, ticketing system and internal support infrastructure we need more time. Thank you all for your patience!

We are waiting for firmware from IBM, but it is not stopping our work and progress. Your data is not in danger! More information coming soon.

Status of Kolab Now Services: Parts of the services are restored. The following is available: *MX (new email arrives at your inbox) *IMAP (for reading email via a desktop client) *ActiveSync (for reading email via a mobile client or outlook) *CalDAV (for reading your calendar)

Some Update: The breakdown has set back the internal DNS on our systems. We are working to reestablish it so that the systems can find each other. No user data is in danger.

At this time we experience a failure of a significant piece of hardware. We have the team onsite to investigate further. We will update you as soon as we know more!
