If you were starting from scratch today, what dividend stock would you buy first?

I sold $COST in May...
Not because I panicked, Because the framework told me to.
It broke below its 200-day, Lost its defensive role & Earnings actually beat, market sold off anyway.
That's a thesis break - Not a feeling.... A rule.
Redeployed straight into $TSM $CAT and my momentum ETF... Same day. No hesitation.
Funny thing is, once I sold a redeployed the capital - that same capital made more money than Costco ever did.
The hardest sells are the ones where the news is good and the chart says leave anyway...
