why was my credit card ending 4634 not auto-debited? Instead, u wrongly charged me: 750 + 135 GST (Late fee) = 885 478.85 + 15.87 + 70.32 GST (Finance charges) = 565.04 Total wrongful charges: 1,449.04 completely unfair Already escalated the complaint to @RBI. @bobcardofficial

@bobcardofficial Stop giving baseless replies & diverting my complaint My issue NOT about 118 auto-debit activation charged by @bankofbaroda. only proves auto-debit was ACTIVE before due date (20 Jan 2026) and sufficient balance was available. Complaint is for credit card charges

@bobcardofficial Filed a complaint against BOBCARD for wrong & unfair charges on my credit card. Despite multiple emails, the issue is still unresolved & replies are unsatisfactory Now submitted a full complaint with documents on the CMS RBI portal cms.rbi.org.in to Reserve Bank of India

@bobcardofficial @RBI @RBI_Complaints Auto-debit was activated, sufficient balance was available, yet amount was not debited. Still, u levied auto-debit bounce charges ₹118 charged for auto-debit activation & now ₹750+₹135 for an alleged bounce. This is unfair & misleading
