I received this text today from a Wells County, Indiana resident. With his permission, I’m sharing it. The State of Indiana must begin exercising ruthless authority against illegals who exploit and victimize Hoosiers by driving on our roads unlicensed and uninsured. These are not victimless crimes. Driving unlicensed and uninsured is an intentional, selfish, and reckless act that puts innocent people at risk of both physical injury and financial loss.
