@TysonApostol from Boston. Don’t upset the apple cart is a pretty common saying

@RobertMSterling I stopped beginning of s3 due to boredom. Should I complete now that I am sick with a cold?

SURVIVOR@survivorcbs
Is it really a #Survivor auction if there isn't something we can't stomach?😅🐟

@KingGeorge2200 If you watch a lot of Australian Survivor, most players exit in good spirits.

For someone who made such a little impact on the game…… god that was a salty way to leave #Survivor #Survivor45

@jasonlk You are right. I see the “going out of business” and understand. Enterprise quits hurt. They tried you, and they don’t want it anymore

@jasonlk Rolling out Higher Logic with one of my customers. I’ve had good experience on this before, and we can feed the CSP engagement scores. We also solicit product ideas and suck in knowledge base

I know folks will disagree but IMHE there still are >no< great community products:
🤔 Discord is great — if your community is on it. B2B? Not so much
🤔 Slack “communities” almost always sort of degrade into a combination of crickets and some lower quality self-promoters
🤔 Facebook Groups actually work well as community software but it’s really not ideal for B2B or similar, it’s not where folks engage in business conversations
🤔 LinkedIn Pages and Groups are crickets. Algo deprioritizes them in almost all cases.
🤔 Mighty Networks and third party software has cool features but no one wants to, or every day naturally goes to, Some Third Party App for community. Nobody.
🤔 Twitter is angry and while you can build a lot of followers, it’s not great for focused conversations
🤔 Newsletters are great — but not for conversations and collaboration
🤔 Blogs are half-dead. They are still thriving for content, but for community? Comments are generally wastelands.
🤨 Podcasts can be great (who would have thought years ago?) but obviously are really megaphones.
🤔 Digital events worked in April 2020, but not so much since then. Not for community.
🤔 WhatsApp has its place especially outside U.S. and for certain niches, but it’s not reliably enough used in U.S. to work for community

What causes SaaS implementations to fail?
1/ Weak definitions of onboarding
2/ Customers with no sense of urgency
3/ Customer success isn’t involved pre-sales
