You could create an account for one of the other EU region countries (e.g. UK, Poland), get the free Cyberpunk update and install it. You can then play it with other accounts on your PS5 as well. But you'd have to keep that other account on your PS5

But the more people that will open a ticket the more likely they will to adress this. Its ridiculous they should just hand out PS5 digital download codes.
