i really miss being a kid. the simplicity of life and the lack of worry and responsibility was really a form of bliss

What’s your favorite recent music discovery?

@boomkatonline My mate had a copy of this in the 90s. Before the internet, it was pretty difficult to find stuff like this to listen to unless you permanently hung out in record shops, and some of the tracks on it blew our minds with how good they were.

@Auto_MedetA BBCSO Discover is free, so you could try it out and see if you like it. Duality is my favourite overall though, and probably the most versatile. I made this with a combination of Duality and BBCSO strings, which might be the type of Tchaikovsky-like sound you're going for ...

@Auto_MedetA Elite has a great sound, but it's a small string section, like a chamber orchestra, but with Duality you get a small string section and a large one and you can use either or both. Spitfire stuff, I've got BBCSO and SSO. I prefer the BBCSO strings, but SSO has great pizzicatos.

@richi_core @plac_holder Yeah, the proper "serious" music bros tend to just ignore me. They probably think my music sucks. Much prefer this little sub-community though. Folks round here are supportive and are making stuff that's a bit different to the mainstream, and I like that.
