@virginmedia How about you work on your customer service? I’ve been on hold for 3 hours tonight. I just want to cancel - let me go please. The coverage is awful - I can’t get WiFi in any room outwith the one with the bloody router and trying to speak to someone is impossible.

@virginmedia @eferz__ Getting through to your team is bloody ridiculous - I’ve been on hold for three hours tonight. In the middle of this someone briefly spoke to me and then cut me off. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
