@kouasbutton You are not entitled to 5 stars. People are allowed to have their opinions on how they believe a service should have been- just move on

@BatLycusx The issue is that I did provide work updates, but she claimed I only shared them after she asked — that’s not true. Besides, she never requested progress updates at multiple stages during our collaboration. In fact, multi-stage check-ins aren’t part of VG’s standard workflow.

@kouasbutton It’s not about that they asked. The review is clear saying there wasn’t many updates and u also said u only gave them the sketch. I understand ur frustration but not every client will be happy with just the sketch, it’s important to cater them or state otherwise in ur services.

@BatLycusx What counts as fair criticism? Every client gets regular updates, so is it reasonable for her to claim I only sent them after she asked?

@BatLycusx Come on, this is just a simple YCH chibi commission. What I sent you is the finished piece, but feel free to let me know if need any revisions — edits are super easy to make. I did this just to cut down on back-and-forth, since it’s a really small, simple artwork.

@kouasbutton Unfortunately the client is right.. if it’s not a skeb or surprise me service, more updates are expected not just the sketch. The commission has a few stages and you should be updating the client on every stage to be fully transparent and to ensure their satisfaction.
