Thank you @wendychambLD for hosting our #CarersWeek event in parliament today. You continue to be a fantastic champion for unpaid carers and we look forward to continuing to work with you to highlight the challenges carers are facing.

It is so unfair to have a limit on carers earnings. I care for my adult Son and also work for Tesco but never go over the weekly earnings limit. I received ‘thank you’ payments for working right through covid so now have to pay £2,500 carers allowance back for those months. 😔
